Meet the founders
Meet Massiel
My journey began as a content creator in Venezuela, where I was born and raised, and that early spark led me to build my first brand, Konc, a clothing store I launched while being in college.
When life shifted, I made the decision to come to the United States and bet on myself. I kept growing in the social media industry, but something inside me was asking for more. New to Jacksonville and craving connection, I wanted to create a space where women could build, dream, and become alongside each other.
That's when The Feminine Project was born. After reaching out to Sascha, we hosted our first event, and it was a beautiful success. Today, it's a growing community of women who've chosen to bet on themselves, too.
Creating events and hosting safe spaces for women to find themselves and feel supported is what I'm most passionate about. There's something powerful about watching women walk into a room as strangers and leave feeling seen, understood, and a little more like themselves.
These past few years have also been about preparation: learning AI-powered tools, the business side of partnerships, and the craft of event planning. All of it grounded in staying present and creating balance. Because alongside the building, there's also the becoming.
Meet Sascha
I’ve spent years asking myself what truly makes something stay with you.
And over time, I realized it’s not always the big moments, but the things that make you feel seen, inspired, or genuinely connected to yourself.
I’m Sascha Sosa, a Venezuelan creative director, storyteller, and entrepreneur. From studying law to building creative businesses, my journey has always been rooted in one thing: human connection.
As the founder of Secret Light Agency and creator of The Feminine Project, I help brands, entrepreneurs, and creators reconnect with their essence, learning to truly see, understand, and recognize themselves so they can show up in the world with more clarity, authenticity, and intention.
Through storytelling, branding, creative direction, and experiences, my work is centered on creating things people don’t just see, but deeply feel.
I believe self-awareness is a form of creation, and that the most powerful brands and people are the ones brave enough to be fully themselves.
